                      A R T I S T. S T A T E M E N T

The practice of meditation has transformed my creative work. It allows me to spontaneously engage the energy
of  the moment by using the principles of mindfulness. Through diverse mediums, my aim is to raise the
consciousness of the viewer. My vehicles of expression are painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation art and
photography. Through my art I seeks to bring awareness about societal issues which affect women’s
empowerment and the connection to environ-mental abuses. I believe all beings are potential channels for the
creative energy inherent in the universe. My interactive art workshops teach others how to connect within
themselves and discover their true nature.
