| Pelican Mother, Spirit Rising, Love Pledge, Young Monk Loves You, Atlas Beetle In the spring of 2005 I completed 5 series of intaglio prints , 3 of which were based on photographic self-portrait collages. Examples from all are shown here. Each series was handprinted in editions from 20 to 30 prints on various materials: archival papers, antique wallpapers, pvc vinyl, fabric and tinfoil. They are all one-off prints as I painted the ink directly on the plate, (see "Pelican Mother's Dream" and "Spirit Rising")or chose a different material to print on each time or handpainted them.
